The personal information controller responsible for the personal data of happyplay Members is the operator of happyplay.win (hereinafter "happyplay," "we," "us," or "the Company"). happyplay is registered with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines as required under RA 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
happyplay operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, happyplay will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Members without undue delay, as required under RA 10173.
happyplay's services are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or older in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. happyplay does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
If happyplay becomes aware during the KYC verification process that an Account has been registered by a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, the Member's deposits will be refunded in accordance with applicable procedures, and all personal data collected in connection with that account will be deleted or anonymised to the extent permitted by applicable law, with the exception of records required to be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.

happyplay reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or the Company's data processing practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or through a notice displayed upon login to the Platform.
The revised Privacy Policy will be effective from the date specified in the update notice or, if no date is specified, from the date of posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
