happyplay is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport). happyplay may request additional documentation at any time in connection with enhanced due diligence requirements.
Members are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials. Any activity conducted using a Member's Account credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by that Member. happyplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an Account where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
Members are strongly advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and OTP login verification available in Account security settings. Report any suspected unauthorised access to happyplay support immediately.
happyplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard (for deposits only). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering ("AML") review. happyplay reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds deposited into an Account at any time, consistent with PAGCOR AML compliance requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended).
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the happyplay Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for the processing of all withdrawal requests.
happyplay targets the following processing timelines, which are indicative and not guaranteed: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — under five (5) minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — same business day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. happyplay shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or force majeure events.
Deposited funds that remain inactive (no wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule, which will be communicated to the Member prior to deduction.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Member's device and the result recorded on happyplay's servers, the server record shall be the authoritative and final record. Technical malfunctions, communication errors, or network interruptions do not invalidate a game result that was correctly processed on the server.

Any unauthorised use of happyplay's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, happyplay's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Member's Account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

happyplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The Company is registered with the National Privacy Commission as required under RA 10173.
Member personal data is collected for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, fraud prevention, customer support, and (where consent has been provided) marketing communications. happyplay does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement, and payment processors only to the extent required by law or these Terms.

happyplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the registered mobile number or through a notice displayed upon login. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the amendment notice or, if no date is stated, from the date of posting to the Platform.
If a Member does not accept an amendment to these Terms, the Member must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account closure procedures. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Member's Account, or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Members agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute through happyplay's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team. happyplay will acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days. Disputes relating to PAGCOR licensing matters may also be referred to PAGCOR for mediation.
